David Moyes has been rumoured with a move away from West Ham this summer, and one job could be "hard to turn down".
Moyes took charge of the Hammers in November 2017 when they were 17th in the Premier League table, heroically keeping them in the top-flight.
He has since reached European finals in back-to-back campaigns, falling short in the Europa League final against Eintracht Frankfurt last season.
However, he has the chance to right those wrongs with a win over Fiorentina in the Europa Conference League final on Wednesday.
But if he is unable to bring silverware back to the London Stadium, he could be sacked by West Ham, according to The Guardian.
Should that be the case, Celtic may be in pole position to nab him for themselves, with current Bhoys boss Ange Postecoglou heavily linked with the Tottenham job.
Speaking to Sky Sports News, journalist Gary Cotterill suggested Moyes could leave West Ham this summer to join up with his boyhood club Celtic.
That might be, as a Scotsman and former Celtic player, something hard to turn down.”
It would be a historic reunion, some 40 years after he left the Glaswegian club as a player.
However, Moyes insisted on Friday and was purely focused on his job at West Ham.
"I have never even considered it,” Moyes told reporters. “I am West Ham manager and I am really enjoying my period here.
“The club have been so good to me and we have enjoyed the journey we are on here, and hopefully trying to continue growing a really good football club.
“Through my years I have been linked with lots of jobs at different times in my career but I have to say I am really happy at the moment and settled where I am."
“There is a year left on his deal and if no new offer is on the table, David Moyes could decide to leave with his head held high,” he said.
“There is also the prospect of Celtic losing their manager to Tottenham and Moyes now being linked as a potential replacement for him (Ange Postecoglou) at Celtic.
